Did you touch the rear brake pedal when the caliper was off?

If your talking about the front then the same thing happened to me, it was like i had a squeak at one certain part when the wheel rotated. Mine took about 1000 miles to quiet down. I took mine back apart and tried it again with the same results. For some reason withthese rotors being drilled its almost like when youtake the pads out of theirhappy spot from the rotorthey need time tosettle back in.You could sand the pads and rotor(s)a little bit(more likescuffing) if it reallyannoyed you.

There is always going to be some drag in the brakes, thats normal. If they are tighter then a drag, like Honda502 asked did you hit the brake while the rotor was off the bike? If so you need to take apart the caliper and rebuilt it.

Take your old set of pads and push the pistons back.
