Why don't you be like me and aim your high beams down? Then you can run both sides during day and night without blinding anyone. Only problem is you lose you high beams. I never did use em before anyway so it's not a big deal for me

Sure there is.

If you want to get rid of the single light low beam look, you have 3 options (besides leaving the high beam on).

1.Wire in a device to run the high beam at 40% power when the low beam is on and at 100% when the high beam is on.

2.Swap out to H4 bulbs and wire in a relay to run the new bulbs.

3.If you want to use HIDs, you will have to do a HID projector retrofit.

I stand corrected

With that said, I still think is a waste of time, and those $60 will get you a MUCH better visibility with a HID kit...

Is it possible to replace the high beam reflector for a lo beam reflector, giving you two low beams? My cousin was interested in this but it seems like a big pain to halfass solve what is (for him) a aestetic gripe ( doesn't like that both lights don't look the same oncoming).

As far as I know they are both the same just pointed in different directions (Up-Down) So all you would have to do is adjust the bright side down to match the low beam?

I know the light fixtures have an adjustment on them. Do I just use the adjustment or is there more to it???? Thanks!

Thats it.. as long as there are two adjustments for each housing and not one for the both. You will be able to adjust them to the same direction. (you will lose your hi beam tho) So do this only if you ride in the day time only.

They are different. Take a good look at the reflectors you will see the difference.
