Default Blowing fuses

Recently my bike was blowing fuses like crazy (starter/BAS fuse) It ended up being a frayed wire grounding out. I fixed that and the problem stopped...

Now it's happening again, but this time it's different. Last time, the bike wound turn on, then the fuse would pop when trying to take off. This time, the fuse pops as soon as I press the ignition button.
Any ideas?

a short on one of the starter wires would be my guess. might have to follow each wire end to end one any that deal with the starter switch

All fixed. turned out that the nut holding the starter cable was loose and cause it to short.
