Default Bike won't start: High beam indicator and Turn Signals

My 2001 F4i will not start but I get the High beam and turn signal indicators lit up on the gauge...
The ECM is good, the battery is good, relays are good, BAS is good, fuel pump is good, fuses are good

My gauge looks like (borrowed image)

I had similar problem last year. I turned the bike off for about 5 minutes waiting for a traffic accident to clear up and left the key in the on position. When I went to start it back up the battery was dead. Had to get a jump. All the lights came on like yours. After that I've had no problems at all. I did clean the battery terminals really good afterwards. Perhaps that was the culprit.

Mine didn't turn over enough to start. What is your's doing? Cranking over or not?
