The oil light will be on until the bike is running. The ignition switch can also be bad. there is a zener diode that feeds a specific voltage around8 volts down a pink wire back to the ecu. It is an antitheft thing basically to prevent a thief from cutting the ignition wires and hot wiring the bike. If that connector get dirty, or that diode goes bad the ecu will not tell the pump to prime or the bike to fire.

Ok this weekend i ripped the bike apart replaced the main wiring harness, swapped the ecu and tank with fuel pump, checked every plug and ground wire and put everything back together with all the new stuff.. same problem.. it turns and turns over but will not start and is still getting no spark.. im about to the point to take it to honda but its way expensive so is there absolutely anything else i should check that i dont know about before doing so?

You have a short. Trace it from the turn signal. Fix the know problem before moving on. If you don't have a manual... get 1 https://cbrforum.com/forum/general-tech-stickies-106/please-post-manual-sites-here-46596/
After you find whats shorting your turn signal and who knows what else, check ignition pulse generator and cam pulse generator.
