Bike vibrates more than usual
01 has 13k on the clock and was running original plugs, after I swapped them out it vibrates at idle and more than it used to around 5-7k. I gapped the NGK plugs at .034 but they were already pre gabbed at that pretty much. After I swapped that I think I got them soaked in carb cleaner cause the bike wouldn't start for a while.. could this of ruined my new plugs?

regardless of the plug swap... these symptom are identical to what you'll when your CCT is going. I have an APE in my hands and getting ready to install. Currently I get a slight rattle at idle. That rattle occurred out of nowhere. I also get a rattle that's been present from 5k -6500 or so.
If you plugs were misfiring you'd be hearing alot more than a rattle and you'd be hearing it way way more than idle and a tiny rpm range.

if you're mechanically inclined go for the APE manually tensioner. There's just not telling w/ the Honda ones.. and they're a pain to change.. You'd think they'd make a spring out of material that doesn't lose it's strength?? I'm surprised no aftermarket company has done so as of yet.

Was there any rust on the top of any of the plugs? or were any of the coils fitting lose on the plugs? I agree with 74 about maybe knocking a tip off of a plug. You could have a bad plug out of the box, it is not unheard of, and the cold cylinder will be the one to show. If you don't have an infrared temp gun, get a spray bottle with water and as the bike warms up squirt the header pipe at each cylinder. The cold one will steam last or less. If you have to change one plug or look for a loose fitting coil / connector, whatever, this will point you in the right direction hopefully quicker.
