You asked for "best" recommendation. Yuasa *is* best. ;-)

I have commented in other battery threads about quality alternatives...& Interstate is a quality alternative. ;-)

Thats good to know. Interstate is a little cheaper than the prices i see on Yuasas

Is there much of a size difference between the Yuasa and the Ballistic? Mines not going to last much longer.. I want a Lith Ion to free up a little space too..
here are some pics. i cut the foam insert that came in the box so that my battery won't slide around

Also make sure to test your charging system before you throw an expensive battery at the problem, If your charging system is done then you could fry a very expensive battery.

If you download the service manual (Search "service manual" in the F4i section) then they have a list to test your charging system with a multimeter to find the problem.
