Well I'm finally making progress. I wanted a ramp that would be portable, but also wide enough to make it easy to ride up into the bed. I've done it several times and it's pretty easy. The load capacity is significantly more that the weight of the bike and I. I also chose a Tonneau cover that would be able to fold up out of the way, but not require me to remove it completely. That way I can use it at my destinations after the bikes are removed.

Now I'm working on the tie-downs for inside the bed. I'm going to be using single point L-Track anchors. They're low profile, removable, strong and can be placed most anywhere.
