They have a step by step to follow through and it will tell you exactly what it is.
99% of the time the Rectifier is the culprit though.
when i first got the battery i had to charge it but it was fine until i let it sit for like a week i charged it again rode my bike on Tuesday with no difficulty and Wednesday is when it went dead after riding it for 30 mins but since ive charged it back up it cranks fine and show the correct amount of voltage but again i still think something is wrong

Exact same problem as mine, You most likely blew a diode in the rectifier.

the r/r is a common failure part. it may be worth replacing anyway.

ok heres an update i took it out for 4miles yesterday cut the bike off at the half way point and it fired up fine, i put it back on my battery tender jr and it registered as if the battery was fully charged im confused now
