Any tips on '06 f4i flush mount install?

Im going to be installing my flush mounts this weekend at some point, and just wondering if any of you guys have run into any problems that you could let me know of before hand. Any tips?

Pretty straight forward on the install. Nothing really to go wrong.

TAKE OFF YOUR FAIRINGS, its much easier to do the install that way, take your time and buy a good set of wire cutters, you will need them. Test them before you put everything back together.

Thanks! I was wondering if I should take off the whole piece or just try and take off part of it.

It is so much easier, especially if you are doing it by yourself, to take off the fairings, plus you can clean behind where you normally couldnt clean.
