any suggestions on to get back what i paid for my bike???
ummmm there is a warranty on it if you bought the bike new.
APE Tensioner and you never have to replace it again. Just adjust it ever 10K or so if ever.
What I am getting at is all the power and looks of the R1 and 1Krr are great, but you can't really see what it looks like when you are on it, and you can't use the power in 90% of street riding. The ergos suck compared to the F4i.
I love the looks of those bikes, but I love getting off a bike after 6 hours and not needing to see a chiropractor, and my F4i dosent give anything up to liter bikes in the twisties.
It's sad to say, but if I was going to get any of the new liter bikes it would have to be the GSXR1K. I know it's a 'zuk, but it's a 1K that feels as small as my F4i. Not that much weight difference either and the saddle is supposed to be more comfortable. Just about every review I have seen places it as the king of the '06 liters. It's kicking the living **** out of everything else on the Superbike circuit.
Then agian, I have absolutely no need for a liter bike.
The RC51 is the only liter I am after right now, and it's because of the style, sound, and racing heritage. Plus it will satiate my need for a Ducati right now without the maintenance nightmares.
