went on a nice ride today with a buddy and my sister...coming through a 20mph corner i turned to sharp and my foot peg dug into the road popping me back up and sending me into the ditch where i some how managed to ride it out for about 100ft or so and ride up out of it lol...my buddy said dude i have no idea how you didnt eat **** lol...so just becareful taking those corners too sharp

 

Always tread unkown corners lightly. You'll never know if there's sand,gravel, oil to greet your tires with a smile. You must of been pretty low to grind the pegs. I've heard of people sanding them down but I'm not sure if any more angle past the peg protectors reaches a critical point in traction for the tires. I might be wrong but good thing you're ok!
