Default Adjusting the high Beam

Ok i swear this was posted some where in this forum. I know saw something like it but I just couldnt find it. well anyway, I was woundering if there is a way to adjust the high beam on the 2002 F4i so both lights could be on at night with blinding the oncoming driver.(in other words adjusted the same as the regular running light) Anyone know how to do this?

was it from the HID posting? bc my concern was that installing HID on both low and high beam would literally blind on coming traffic.

You know now that i think about it. i think it was posted in the HID post. Well i have the wanna be HID bulbs from luminics but when i put on the high beam it doesnt really do much anymore. So i just wanna know you if you can adjust the high beam to the same level as the low beam. so both could be on at the same time. yes i know it might blind on coming traffic but i like it with both
