520 effecting gas milage?

I ride about the same way he does, most of the time. But Ive never hit 50, or 40.. and im stock. Its just how sport bikes are bud its no longer a gas saver. I went from a 250 to this also.. alot different from getting 75mpg consistently.

Its because of your sprockets, lower drive ratio = higher rpms = less gas mileage..... wow. If you are so concerned about the gas mileage you are getting then go back to stock sprockets, or hop back on the 250 aka "scooter".
