2005 F4I Getting very hot (240 before I shut down)

The problem seems to be solved. Installed a new radiator (aftermarket from ebay), and a new OEM fan. The fan that was installed on it did not seem to be the original for this bike, was about 30% smaller than OEM. Fan actually cools the bike now! Thanks for all the replies guys!

When you didn't say you could hear it I wondered if it was working correctly. Glad you go it sorted!!
