I cleaned the tp sensor as well.

Should'nt really disturb the TPS as its factory set , but as you cleaned the other sensors and the bike ran OK it looks like your intermittent problem could be connectors ,as you disturbed them it seem to run OK, check through the connectors for burns, loose and bad connections
