hello im new so im sorry if i posted this in the wrong area...but i am in need of some serious help and i have no one to turn to besides the dealer which i am trying to avoid......so when i turn on my ignition key it pops my horn fuse and the fuel pump doesnt prime...also my left turn signal is stuck "ON".....and when i hit the left turn signal switch it pops my igniton fuse .....and my headlight to not work!!!....i gutted my bike looked for wires or anything that could be grounding out and i found nothing.....ive also replaced the relays located in the back of the bike....if you have any ideas i am open

 

Have you checked your front wire harness connection?

It's a known problem with this bikes, the contacts may be melted, corroted or not making a good contact.

Remove the connectors and check for burn marks, clean with electrical cleaner/protector and try it.

 

Ive just checked every connector from the front end......and there is not any burn marks or melted anything on the harness or inside the plugs.....ive disconnected every wire and it seems that my horn fuse pops everytime i hook up the killswitch/starter but the switch works so i dont think its bad.....

 

ok so here is the update......the problem was that i got the 2 grey harness plugs which are the rectangular ones mixed up one was to the headlight and the other for turn signals thank you slick
