Default F4I 2001 Fuel Pump Not Priming

Hey Guys! So just picked up a bike that I'm taking in for a project bike. The guy says that the fuel pump doesn't work, but I just want to make sure. I turn the key, everything comes on, except when I turn off the kill switch, I don't get the prime of the pump. Nor do I hear a click, ( possibly a bad relay). The BAS is hooked up, kickstand up, except on the front headlight harness, the flasher relay is missing, and I'm not sure what to do with the frayed out wires? (Also Maybe the problem because of an incomplete ground)? I'm really bad at electrics troubleshooting, and any help would be greatly appreciated

And how could I close off the 3 open wires that I have that are suppsoed to be going to the turn relay at the front? Kinda sketchy having those just dangling around open with no plug

By pass the fuel relay if it works than that's ur problem if it doesn't bypass the bas sensor and see if that's bad, if nothing bypass both no work? Than its most likely ur fuel pump

Ok so for some reason I took off the power commander that was on there before and tried clicking the kill switch, and it finally did something! Not sure why that would make a difference. But it flashed the FI red light on when I clicked it and I heard the click of the relay in the back when I did! Some progress....

Anyone know why the power commander would make it so it wouldn't allow the Relay to turn on?

Completely forgot to take the pic I'll do it today tho, mine is bypassed by previous owner who made it into stunt bike and said the relay would keep him from doing long wheelies but about the power commander I don't know never had one, maybe it's not programmed correctly?

It's all good So just thinking ahead, if the fuel pump is bad, could I just buy one of these sets on ebay to repair it?
