Hello, today I noticed strange thing on my bike. I start the bike turn on the lights and the engine cuts off immediately. And it won't start with the lights on. Even on the dash it shows that main beam is on although it is off. Main beam switch doesn't do anything. I tried to check the battery charging and I got this readings. At idle warmed up engine with lights on 12,8v. With main beam 12,6v. At 5k rpm with main beam 14,4v, with dip light 14,7v. Is the charging power too low? How to find the problem here? Thanks

 

 

It appears that the usual fault in front wiring harness. Took apart cleaned. Connected and problem gone. Lights working, engine not cutting out. Green wire had some corrosion.
