Default bike wont start. no lights but shows high beams on.

So Im having this really weird problem with my bike right now. When I turn the key on, it shows that my brights are on but neither headlight is on. When I switch to low beams, still no lights at all and still shows that high beams are on. Also, you cant hear the fuel pump prime and Ive already tried to push start it just to make sure. Still no luck. Fuses are all good, battery is good, no visible disconnections or damages to any wires that I can tell. Ive had the problem in the past where the start button sticks and the bike starts but the lights dont come on; Ive already checked for this and it doesnt seem to be associated. Anyone have any ideas?

your front wiring harness isn't grounded properly. common problem with the F4i.

This is true! Unplug your headlight wiring harness from the main harness (connector next to the left side ram air tube) and look for the green wire in one of the very end cavaties. I'll bet you'll find it doesn't look too good, and quite possibly melted the plastic on the connector a bit. Had the same thing with mine at one time... I just took the wire out of the connector and put 2 insulated spade connectors on them to connect them seperately outside of the connector. Never had a problem since!

had a real weird issue (that's still an ongoing issue) with my fan and cooling system. I PM'd you about it a couple weeks ago. Just wanted a 'professional opinion' on the matter. wanted your advice cause i'm worried my bike is going to blow up in the very near future
