Default 2001 CBR 600 F4I Bogging

So I got my bike a month ago, after market air filter, and exhaust came on it. Everything operating fine, but after 20 minutes of riding it would start to bog really bad. I would turn the throttle and it would stay at idle and every few revs, give me power to the wheel. But it’s would keep going in and out from power to none until I was going 5mph and it just wouldn’t do a thing. Then I’d turn it off and back on and it would work just fine but a couple minutes later do it again down the road. I put an OEM air filter and spark plugs in so it wasn’t running so lean and now when I ride for 20 min I come to a light go to gain speed and it just won’t go. It will have. Power for a few strokes won’t go above 8mph then I have to turn it on and off and it went 2 more miles then again did the same thing made it 2 more then again and 1 more and just kept doing the same thing. Has 26,000 miles. Previous owner replaced epu And said problems started after that. Anyone have any similar situations or suggestions?

Edit, first time that today it started bogging after just 5 minutes. Sat in the sun before I rode so don’t know if that was a factor in the issue. I can ride then when it starts giving out I can turn the key off and kill switch off then back on while moving and start it and go another mile or so. I wanted to try ripping it to see if it was maybe a fuel issue cause it wouldn’t rip if it was like that but I got up to 100 easy then after dropping speed and trying to pick back up it bogged.

Sounds like a blocked fuel tank breather, next time it happens try opening the fuel cap.

You might hear air rushing in but the main difference would be 20 more minutes riding rather than one or two.
