welding the f2

Can anyone give me so pointers. I want to chop the tail off my f2 and weld it back on a a slight angle plus shorter. wahts the best style of welding for bike frames. MIG TIG ARC ? i know jack about welding

I'm gonna be blunt, you probably have no chance of picking up a welder and doing it yourself. Ask a buddy for help who has welding experience.
