Okay, being a newbie to the site I'll post it here,
...so my guess is heavily on the plugs. And the f2 petcock has a vacuum shutoff (the small tube that goes to the side of the valve) (mobile version won't let me edit...)
Still wrestling with issues.......had her started (barely), ran like crap. Pulled the carbs and now in the process of cleaning. Found some interesting things..... larger then stock main jets, different sized main jets ( 3-140 and 1-138) and a messed up slow jet adjusting screws.........enjoying the challenge.
