So it's prime riding season in AZ, instead of joining my fellow riders, i have a bike that's just sitting in my garage doing nothing.

Some quick background, I pulled the wheels off to get the tires replaced. It was a pain in the ***, but I got it done. When I took the bike for a ride afterwards, there was a wobble in the front wheel. SCARY! turns out I didn't put in a piece for the speed sensor. At that point, I just put it in my garage, and went to a vacation. This was last september. I left for 2 weeks and when I got back, my bike was doing what it's doing now.

Your on reserve so have you got fuel, If so is the petcock letting it flow?

 

Carbs plugged from sitting?

 

Update: Some things i've done:
Ran seaform through the tank on a friends suggestion.
Replaced the Battery

I didn't unplug the carbs.

RedBaron, The arrow is pointing down, which i thought was fuel, not reserve?
