oil drain plug wont tighten
How do the threads on the drain plug look? Also, since there could be metal shavings (hopefully not!) stuck in the internal threads on the pan, are you certain those threads are clean? Do the threads on the oil pan or drain plug look "boogered up"?
If you have a tap & die set, you could attempt to "clean up" the threads of each, but you'll want to be VERY CAUTIOUS when using a tap on the threads of the oil pan, if you choose to do it with the oil pan mounted to the bike, because you could get some shavings from the thread "cleaning", in the bottom of the pan. I would not attempt it without removing the oil pan, for that reason, but if you do go that route, use a small O.D. magnetic pick-up tool, to stick up through the whole, and try to snag any stray metal bits.
what happen was who ever change the oil befor me over tighten. i manage to get the plug undone but did it very carefully
when i wne to put plug back in it wont tightten.
the drain plug can scerw back in all the way but when i go to tighten it loosens againg i look at the plug. i did notice some silver thread on the plug
any way too put sealint or something to keep the plug tight till i get a new oil pan.

Sounds like a problem with the threading. If I am correct the oil pan is made out of a harder metal so that if one component strips it would be the plug not the pan.
I would look at the plug threads, if they're not good, replace the plug and try that.
Also, clean everything very well, make sure not to get anything in the pan.
Good luck!

If the threads are completely gone you can have a new thread (bigger) put in and use a slightly bigger bolt, or have a helicoil fitted and use the same sump plug, assuming it isn't "shot"
You definitely don't need a new oil pan, but remove the pan and take it to a reputable engineering works to rethread it or fit a helicoil - won't be expensive.
