Need some guidance please
timing is fixed on this bike, you can only change it by replacing the pulse generator sprocket.
Which means as long as you have the pulse generator sprocket mounted to the crankshaft (you can't move it on the shaft - it only mounts in one position), and you have the hall effect sensor (again, can't be moved) plugged into the wiring harness (you wouldn't be getting spark if it wasn't plugged in) then you don't have a timing issue.
I'm guessing you don't have your firing order correct.
This bike fires 1-2-4-3, with the 1 & 4 plug run off the right side coil, 2 & 3 off the left. Right side coil need the plug with the yellow/blue wire plugged into it, and the left is the blue/yellow.

ahh, but I've already posted that on another thread haven't I?
Just covering bases - just cause the firing order is 1-2-4-3, you still plug the plug wires in correctly from left to right 1-2-3-4. there's plug numbers on the wires - double check everything is in the right spot.
Spray starting fluid down the carbs and see if the bike hits that way - you might not be getting enough fuel to the carbs. Fuel pump issue maybe?
