Internal engine parts sources?

Great. Well, I guess we'll see how long a stoned honed 600 motor will last. From the quick searching I did on re-plating I might as well buy another motor.
Head was $100 and will be here tom. or Wed. Going to reuse the MLS head gasket too. Ha, this should be interesting.
I don't want to throw more into the bike than it's worth. I have 3 other projects going on... those aren't half-assed by any means. (tube chassis rock crawler, 78 280z car with turbo swap, and jet skis) So, in short, I'm normally not a cheapskate and do stuff right. Just wanted a quick CHEAP set of 2 wheels.

Many people with PWC's were using a silicon adhesive called 1121 on the head gaskets (which are 3 layer mls with excellent results) some were spraying a lite coat of copper gasket sealer. Of all the places I looked (not saying I looked EVERYWHERE) I didn't find one person that had a failed-reused gasket. Some, on auto heads, had reused gaskets 7 times !
Of course if I were building a NICE motor it'd get a new gasket... but this is just a darn basket case at this point!
I have another question about the front wheel. In the parts diagrams I have it shows a sleeve between the wheel bearings. I don't have a sleeve between mine. I took the wheel off to see WTF was up with the speedometer hub. I'm pretty sure the hub is fubar but I don't know if all the pieces are there. Every diagram I've found shows more pieces than what I have, but there is zero play in the wheel and it spins freely.

Ok, that makes sense on the front wheel!
Motor update
I put it together yesterday afternoon and spent 2 hrs trying to figure out why it wouldn't run. Seemed like it was firing 180 out b.c. it kept back firing through the carbs and every once and a while out the exhaust. I double checked timing, coils, plugs, wires to the diagrams in the manual. I finally swapped the red/red and white/white connectors going to the coils to red/white white/red. Fired right up! She's ALIVE !
Once I got fuel to all the carbs, it smoothed out and sounds great. I can't wait to get everything else taken care of and fixed up.
Thanks for them moral support, keep it coming!
