Default help with unknown wiring connector

hi, its been awhile since my last post but i'm almost done with my f2 build nad i have an issue. i completly tore this bike down and while i was removing the harness i encountered a connector near the battery that would not come apart so i just cut it and labeled the wires so i could spice them when i put it beck together. fast fowrward a year and those lables are long gone and all i have are six yellow wire ends and no idea what order they go in. i assume the wires come from the stator and go to the regulator but have no way to be sure since i have no diagrams. so to clarify the connector was white, had thre yellow wires with silver dots on either end and was mounted on the battery box. any help would be a life saver as i refuse to put power to the bike and start tuning until this is sorted out. also i lost my negitive cable and need to make a new one, what gauge should i use and where should i ground it?

thanks and heres some pics

the yellow stator/ r/r wires dont have an order.

post a pic of your wire to make it easier to identify.

yes. each yellow wire goes from the winding to the regulator. they all do the same thing and have continuity to each other.
