think I figured it out, no drawing no nothing. just need precise measurement of distance between forks, when everything is mounted, tightened and operational. if possible on those little "nipples" that are on the inside of fork near discs.

well... I just read what I wrote, I'll put a picture...

idk understand what you mean by nipples, are you talking about the bleeder screws or the raised edge on the OUTside of the forks? please clarify and I will gladly oblige

buaaaxaxaxa nipples I just couldn't think of anything else. well, patience left me suddenly and I just did it. machined the wheel, got some measurements wrong, machined it again and:

yes there is million and one little thing left to be done but suzoyamasakonda is growing every day...

thank you all. still hoping to hear what is the measurement between outermost surfaces of distancers when mounted on axle and wheel is between them.

to say it other way, what is the size of everything put on axle, so I can make mine the same, and when I tighten everything to 100Nm it wont bend forks in or out.

here is drawing to explain my words. ? marks what I desperately need, but I understand if no one wants to dismantle his/her bike for this.

sorry for childish drawing, mouse is not the pen... thanx again for showing interest in all this people, it helps to write about it if nothing else. gives me time to think about it...
