aaron1085: DO NOT USE WINDEX! Yes, itWILL affect the wax/clearcoat/paint. If you must use Windex, wax it at least 2 times as soon as you get the chance! Now, maybe on like your mirrors, windscreen, most of your metal parts, etc, it shouldn't be a problem using Windex on those things. sparg93: I'm assuming that the spray that you're hearing everyone talk about is the Pro Honda Spray Cleaner&Polish http://www.plazacycle.com/Spray_Clea...lish/2,16,2478. And may I also suggest using the Pro Honda Professional Glare Polish afterwards http://www.plazacycle.com/Glare_Prof...lish/2,16,2467. Use the spray first to help get the dirt/dust/etc. off and then use the polish. That spray works wonders! You can use it on everything! Your swingarm, windscreen, wheels...everything. And the polish is also good for your windscreen&headlights as well as the fairings/paint because it helps reflect bugs/tar/etc. and you can also use it on your footpegs/rearsets, exhaust...you can use it on almost any kind of metal, clear plastics (headlight lens, tailight, windscreen, etc.). I'll actually wash my bike with Honda Glare Ultra Wash at least once a week to help get the dirt and stuff off from the inner fairings, bugs off the radiator and so on. When you wash your bike, if you ever do, make sure you wrap up the "open" electrical items as well as your cable ends<because the water can get down in your cables and rust them up. Anyways, I hope this information was what you were looking for! If you have any other questions, just ask.

Just in case you're wondering, here's the Pro Honda Glare Ultra Wash I was talking about http://www.plazacycle.com/Glare_Ultra_Wash/2,16,2466

After washing and rinsing I use the blow nozzle attachment for my air compressor. It does an incredible job of shedding excess water before it can spot. I then use a wax called liquid Glass. I love the stuff.

I use the Honda cleaning stuff too. I wet the bike down with the sprayer attatchment on "shower" setting (a very low pressure shower like spray). Then spray one side of the bike with the red bottle. Next set the setting to "center" (like shower but higher pressure) on the nozzle and spray off the bike. Then I do the other side and dry it off with a chamoise (sp?) while the bike is running then take it around the block super squid style (shorts, t-shirt, and sandles or tennis shoes). Last I polish it with the honda polish in the black spray can. Items and results below. I've been happy. =) I like the wet look it gives after polishing.

Your lawn mower & snowblower look just as clean as the bike! I'll get ya over to spend a day in my garage.
