yeah, that vht niteshades is the shiznit. I used it on my 450r headlight. I never thought about putting it on my windscreen. I might do that this weekend. Still have about 3/4 of a can sitting on my shelf.

that's why you use the vht niteshades instead of paint, its just puts a dark tint on it.

i use a clear windshield. I just paint alot so I thought I would do a write up.

The only issue that I have ever had with the VHT NightShades is sometimes it will come out a tad but purplish. Its a hit and miss thing though

Tint shops can also do it for you for cheap cheap

Ive seen many people do this and mine is also painted. Looks fine and in most cases sweet.

Thread is a little old but maybe pictures can help someone out.I only use the dupli-color paints because the fan tip really helps with applying the paint evenly.I've painted my clear stock windscreen twice with paint. first time with a blue,second time with a green and black fade. both were painted on the outside.Both times came out great for me.I love to paint.
