If you can't keep it down in 1st..
Try launching in 2nd gear, it will eat the clutches faster but atleast in will help keep the front down..

I ran a 10.85 @ 130 mph W/.2412 r/t , 1.8451 60ft. I'm a big guy 6'3" 235lbs. I need some straps to keep the front end down and could probably loose around .2 seconds. my buddy ran it one day with at the track but the times were not being passed out and he was beating a R1 that usually runs 10.30's and 10.40's

when I ran my 10.85 I was running my slip on art pipe, -1 front sprocket, k&n, and pc111r with a two bros slip on map. I ran 6 passes that night. two was was 10.85, a 10.86, a 11.02, and the other ones I had a lot better r/t and 60ft but the tower messed up and stopped giving out the time slips so I don't know what I ran. it was at least a 10.80
