I believe the 1/4 time is around 10.4 or so maybe a little higher, i've never run my bike, i might be doing that in the next couple of weeks, now that 1/4 time is a pro rider that probably weighs 120 pounds, I personally would expect to run high 10's.

Yeah, I've had a heck of a time finding a listing of what the bike did when it was new as far as 0-60, and quarter miles.
Found lots of articles about them - but I don't think I ever came across the times. Yet I seem to remember reading somewhere about a 10.35 quarter, I just don't remember where. I would imagine these bikes did something like 3.2 or so 0-60.....

I had a buddy run a 10.2 with a 2 bros bolt on. It's all in the take off. High tens is way too high I think.

No it's not. It's realistic. Not very many people can launch a sport bike hard enough to run what a magazine says is the 1/4 mile time. And lets not forget that most published times.........are corrected to sea level, for air temp, and for air pressure. Sometimes that is as much as .4 of a second. So if it says they ran a 10.30, they acutally ran more like a 10.60, and that is with someone that does this all day long. I would say if you can run a 10 anything your first time to a drag strip with a semi stock bike, your doing damn well.
