Dude, That does suck, and bad thing is, it's to late to file a claim with paypal if you bought the item a year ago. Just relist back on ebay and set a Buy it Now Price.... At least you should be able to get most your money back with Prime riding season on it's way. good luck~~!!!

I'm simply saying you bought it over a year ago. He has absolutely met his obligations. Now I'm not saying he couldn't work with you - But it's been a year. He doesn't have to and not doing so certainly doesn't place him in the a$$hole category...

Also, nowhere in anything I wrote did I say anything about a simple modification. You're doing to me what you did to the seller - NOT READING!

The seller clearly posted on his auction that modifcations/cuts may need to be made for it to work. Again, I'm sorry you didn't read/understand the auction.

I would think something like this could roll of your back man - you bought it a year ago! Knowing at the time that you couldn't inspect it even if you wanted to, you went ahead with the purchase. What did you expect?

Did you expect it to fit? If so,I'm fine with that. Did you leave feedback a year ago after it arrived? Probably...

Again, I am only reiterating these things as I am a seller too.

If some guy bought something a year ago from me, then tried contacting me a year later for a return...!?!? I would acomodate him if I could, but if I didn't have anything on hand - how could I help? Search eBay myself for this random dude, buy it and ship it to him at a loss? Why should the I, the seller, take the loss when you were the one who didn't hold up your end of the bargain?

Again, I'm sorry it has caused you headache, but it is clearly not the sellers fault. You have to recognize that or your just being stubborn and pissed off because you're not getting what you want... when the seller has no further obligation to you!

IT'S BEEN A YEAR - I bet you don't do that again, eh?

The sellers rating and transaction count trumphs your complaint of him anyday of the week.

Wow, this is getting good. Yo pimpin, **** it man, charge that **** to the game!!!! You just got back, I know you got dough. Just like Im spending $300 on a regulator/rectifier, and it probably wont fix my problem. I know its the principal that bothers you. I understand you, and Kids points. Let it go man, youre employed, you got money. Treat it like buying a set of blues, lol. Just try to look at it from the buyers view. Wanna buy my pazzo levers? They're hot. Black/Silver I bet theyll fit with no cutting. But.... if they dont, and you wait a year to tell me, **** off, man!!!! Lol

Yeah imma charge it to the game. Like you said Doog its the principal. Your 54's not chargin? that would be the only reason i see in replacing the regulator/rectifier......you know the charging system is very simple: regulator/rectifier or battery or stator. But i know those lil parts get f-in expensive.
