Hash. You have a Linear style dampner. Im running a Matris M4R. Take a look at this link. Its a different Mfg. But should install the same. The pics should help piece it together. Hyperpro also makes a linear for the 954. Maybee their website can offer some install info as well. I cant figure out where that metal bushing goes though.....Also take a look at the 1st photo in my album on here. It should help as well.
