first off hi, I have been riding for over 2 years now and my first bike is a 1997 cbr 600. I really like it, it seems like a very mechanically stable bike and I really like the way the newer rr's look.

I was thinking about getting a 600rr around 05 - 07. I like the way they look and I am quite fond of honda's also my mechanic is a honda fanatic and used to race honda's so he knows everything about them.

I was just wondering as to some input on which year would be the best to get like relability wise and how good they all ride.

I know its probably frowned upon but I am also looking at yzf R6's as a possibility i really like the 08's but don't think i'll have the money for one that new.
