Oil leaked out and smelled like gas. Also the plastic diaphragm (looks like primer bulb) is cracked on whatever part. Any ideas

 

I don't understand the question.

The thing in the cover is your stator. A little oil will leak out if the bike isn't leaning on the right side. If it smells like gas, that's a different issue.

What plastic diaphragm?

 

servo motor cap is what I was referring to as plastic diaphragm.

 

as to gas smell... fuel pump doesn't prime and have tried starting it but doesn't get spark. So could it be just flooded?

 

fuel pump not priming? & getting no spark? go over the suss wiring with a multi & look for groundings, & if that"s all OK ? The HISS set up wont prime the fuel pump & let no spark to the engine when the ecu detects a fault. Check the fuse box ignition fuse, & diaod. C.W
