Should I cut my pipe?

I cut it! Looks much better. I haven't started it yet, but I don't expect it to me much louder. I used a mini hacksaw to cut around the outside of the tube, then used the dremel to cut the exhaust pipe. It cost me $15 for the rivet gun and rivets.

It was pretty badly faded, so i left it off.
