Default Repacking a Jardine RT1 Slip on

Hi guys . Has anyone here repacked a Jardine RT1 slip on their 954 ?. It appears that they have a repacking kit for sale but as far as I can see on mine it would require me to drill out the rivets on the end cap, repack the baffle and then pop rivet the whole thing back together.

Seems kind of a tacky way to do it but I don't see any screws, allen bolts , etc. to take it apart nicely. Any suggestions would be appreciated . Thanks
