Thanks for the link watched the vid and with the posts on here i am going to go with the pilot powers with a 190 55 rear . Thanks

Are you going with the regular Pilot Power or 2CT? The 190/55 will raise the rear ride height. I would run the 190/50 on the first set of tires then switch later if you feel the need. Unless you use every bit of the tire to the very edge the regular PP will save you some money. The softer compound of the 2CT is very small about 1/2in from the egdes. The center of the PP & PP 2CT are the same compound.


Wonder why they didn't include the Power Pure in that tire test instead of the Power Ones?

I just put on PP 2 CT,I went with 190/55.I will be going to Infineon Raceway in a couple of weeks and we'll see how they hold up.

hmm i was gonna get the 2CT but if it saves me cash to get the regulars ill probably go with those as my riding isnt that advanced , my current tyre is a bridgestone 180 55 which im finding leaning in really good as appossed to the 180 50 on my old daytona which is renound for its good handling so im a bit unsure whether its the tyre or the Bike? Enjoying the learning curve ha ha.
