Default power commander II

I am looking at getting a used power commander II for a really good price. I already have a Scorpion exhaust slip on and K&N filter, what can I expect if I get this PC2 installed?

Smoother/quicker throttle response -- less backfire upon deceleration (unless you like that sort of thing)

to my knowledge the 954 car be remapped without a power commander but you have to take it to the dealer to have it done. Hey arkas, if you are smart buy the PC111r. with it you can adjust ignition timing along with fuel and they are easy to find fairly cheap. I got mine for $175 shipped, if I were you I wouldn't waste my money on the pc11 when you could get the better version for almost the same price
