This has probably been posted a few times. I work to many hours to search thru endless post.

What is the best power commander to buy for the 954? I only have a slip on but i have heard that the PC wakes the bike up alot.

which ever one best fits your needs would be a start.

 

Wakes up the bike alot? Not really. That said. I would go with the USB model.

 

Well with the PCIIIR you can advance your ignition timing,plus get a custom tune for your bike.

 

If you really want to "wake the bike up" get a GOOD full system, not just cheap crap or a slip on, gut the intake and have the bike tuned by someone who really knows the 954. these can be a bugger for the average guy.

 

Just put some coffee in the tank, that'll wake her right up!!!!

 

I agree that you really need to invest in a full system to get real results out of a PCIII. I just installed a full yosh w/ a Dynojet PCIII and I would say that my bike is much more "awake" ... lol

I love it, great investment. Just do what I did and keep your eyes out for a used full system in our classified section or ebay. People are selling everything right now.
