No, but ill give you a link to get front and rear for the price i would charge you with shipping.....
im pretty much to the point where its paid for, insurance is paid for the year and it doesnt cost me to sit in the garage and be ridden when i feel like it. if i got 4k for it i would be satisfied because i really want a ducati 999 or the 998. i know people talk **** about them being expensive to maintain but if i couldnt afford it i wouldnt be looking into one...
i wont advertise it but if somebody asked me if it is for sale id let them know. yall will know when i come back and post for the final time! until then ill enjoy her when i do take her for a spin.....
I've actually have been thinking the same. But if you have alot into it don't expect to get it back. Is the bike worth 6,000 ?? No not on its best day. It is what it is. No matter whats in it. If you get more its because someone like what you have done. If it owes you nothing and you still enjoy it...... then I say hold on to it.... its there when you want it.

ahh well if you want a duc, thats different than "im going to stop riding". whew!
as far as 998 or 999, i'd go for the classic 998. they're more uncomfortable, break down more, and they're not as powerful, but damn they're a beautiful bike. it was funny when i saw my first 998 in person, i was shocked at how physically small it was.
the 999 is almost the big as the 954 - or at least, it looks like your normal literbike. not to mention, there's no SSSA. i'm sure they're a blast to ride still, i just think they lack the character of the 998/996/916.
i think you could get over $4k though, seriously. if it's a clean title bike, and you have just done a complete re-build with paint/powdercoating and cleaning, throw a craigslist ad up for $6k and see what comes back.
there's your run of the mil 954's in my area for $4k up to $5.5k - some are stock, others have a few bolt-ons.

I felt the exact same way you were. I bought an '02 black/silver last year with only 5,600 miles on it. came with a Scorpion carbon fiber slip-on, extra brand new rear Michelin and Pitbull rear stand. Paid $5,300 and rode it a lot last year. This year it sat and sat. I just had no more interest in riding, and living in NC, the mountains are only 45 minutes from my house. I ended up putting it on Craigslist. I added flushmounts, integrated tail light, dark smoked screen, lowering link in the rear and lowered an inch in the front. Had 9,060 miles and it sold for $4,650 with the Pitbull stand. I sort of miss having it but feel like I got a good amount of fun out of it and am happy with what I sold it for. Who knows, I might miss it enough to the point I get another one.
