has anyone had any slight oil seepage from the oil fill plug after a ride?my search dint come up with any answers. it is very little not even enough to run down the case, but i just got this bike in and the few times i have rode it since then the plug seems to seep. the cap does fit a little loose, or maybe the o ring? you can actually wiggle the cap a little until you get down to where it gets tight.

 

I would change the o-ring. Should be able to take it to any auto parts store, or a bike shop and have them match one up. Its by far the most likely problem.

 

yeah that was my plan, when i get a chance. just kinda wondering if it has happened to anyone else, or if it was possibly a known problem.

 

Mine got that way last season, just enough times of tightening it down and the ring flattens out a bit and does not seal well.
