Angry HELP!!! really messed up missing prob.

I have a 02 CBR 954. And its missing on the two outside cylinders. But it seems to be getting fuel and it also seems to be getting spark. The thing is that it runs just fine for like 10 miles then it starts to miss and just keeps getting worse. I had it at a honda dealer forever and after replacing the cam position sensor and that not being it, they have given up. Im not sure what all testing was done on it. The injectors are getting a signal at least. Cause a buddy of mine put a tester on those. When the plug wires are pulled while its runing and a new plug is put in, there is a good spark. As far as i know there hasn't been any performance parts added except a Jardan exhaust. The honda dealer suggested it might be the throttle body. I didn't really like the idea of spending $1000 plus dollars on something that might not work. They even had a rep. from honda there and it stumped him. I would really appriciate any suggestions. Or if anyone knows someone that does good bike work around the Morehead, Ky area that would be great to. Thanks.

The injectors are getting a signal - are they working correctly? You can use a mechanic's stethoscope to check this.

Otherwise - what were you doing when the bike stopped working? I assume you've checked compression on those cylinders?

So it runs fine for 10 miles - maybe it's related to the temperature sender then? Vacuum lines? I don't know how all of the electrical components work on the 954 but if it's time based it should help narrow it down.

Apparently I bought it with the prob. Just didn't take it on a long enough drive for the problem to show up. The comprsion test was good. Its not taking as long to to start missing now either. The cam position sensor was used but I would think that if that was bad it would have changed it in some way.
