Default fi light problem

ok so i just got a 2002 954 sweet bike dumped like 1000 into it for clutch, power commander, brake pads, filter,so on and so on. but i still have one problem i just cant seem to get rid of. the fi light would come on an bout 130 (know im not supposed to go that fast but give me a break) but now it comes on just cruisin and the throttle response is gettin worse. and someone told me to look at a manual to see how to put it in "dealer mode"(i guess thats wat he does to his gsxr 1000) i just dont know wat the problem is and i heard that the power commander wont work if there are trouble codes flashin. please help im goin nutz

you gotta follow the instructions in the manual and count the blinks...... Best to just go the the manual and read it then if you dont understand we can help you out. its in section five of the manual.

yea i got one and i just checked it and it said the EGCV and air intake servo motor is bad what does that do exactly, sorry if i sound kinda retarted, i just kinda had to become a bike mechanic like over nite, and i figure do it myself than spend god knows how much money to have someone else do it. and about the power commander thing, is that true

Opens like a "butteryfly" in the exhaust right underneath the oil pan. I bought my bike and the servo was disconnected(cables not harness). I pretty much dont have any of those components hooked up except the wire harness and havent had problems. I bought my bike that away somebody else that may have modded their bike should be able to help you.
