Hi everyone I v got Cbr 929rr 2001, there is some red light bliping on speedometer....and then it shows "f1" whats that can anyone help me?

 

This is the fuel system light (I think). It should register as a problem code depending on the blinks. I don't know the break down of it though. Maybe someone else can help with that.

 

download the shop manual (there should be a sticky with a link to download it here on this forum) and count the blinks. one long blink (about 3 seconds long or so) that equals 10. a short blink (about 1 second long) will equal 1. so if ypu have 2 long blinks and then 7 short blinks that would mean that you got a code 27. look up code 27 in the manual and that should help you narrow down the problem. oh yeah to get the code to flash the kickstand has to be down ignition on but the bike not running(i think thats how its done) if you look in the manual it will show how its done.
