Snow's gone now and I've been putting a few hundred miles on those new tyres. Boy, what a bike!!! So damned powerful and so damned light! Lovin it. Just ordered a double-bubble and (believe it or not) I removed the Sato rearsets and went back to the originals, because the back brake was just non-existant with the Satos. It must have been something to do with the fulcrum point of the brake-lever. You could STOMP on it and virtually nothing happened. Now that the originals are on, it's back to normal.

Awfully expensive rearsets to not have the rear brake working properly. Arent the SATO's brake lever adjustable?

I hear what you're saying Ironhead, but I tried to sort it out and so too did a professional mechanic, to no avail. Now that the originals are on, it's infinitely better. And the gearchange is soooooo slick by comparison!

Thats just wrong! I went with LSL's but my second choice would have been the Sato's. Ebay should grab some decent money for you on those.........

Thankfully, they came with the bike so it wasn't me who wasted nearly £400 :-)

Possibly there was something wrong with that particular set. The previous owner of my bike left the sato rearsets on mine and the brakes work good. Oh well eBay would be a good choice to dump the ones you took off
