Default Complete loss of acceleration when driving at various speeds

Just purchased used CBR 954rr this season. Have had an issue with the bike running rich for a few months and stalling if the throttle was released at low speeds/ stops. I'm getting tuned with PC because I think it's running rich.

Recently, I was traveling on highway around 75 mph and lost all power from engine. Still sounded like the engine was on but throttle gave me nothing. It went on to do it 3 more times in the past few days. I have to pull over, stop, (kill switch) and turn the key off and back on, to attempt restart. It won't restart while rolling.
Has brand new battery this year (2021).

It's happened at high speeds and low speeds. happened after riding for about 15 min, and after riding for less than a mile. I can't pinpoint what is causing the issue or when to expect it. I cant confidently ride until I figure this out.

Check the fuel pressure regulator on left side of the fuel rail. Raise the tank and use prop rod attached to the bottom of the seat to support the tank(Guess the guy making the video below didn't know this). Disconnect the rubber vacuum line from the FPR and turn on the key. If fuel drips from the regulator it is bad and needs replaced. When its bad it will dump excess fuel into cylinders 1&4 causing bike to running poorly.
