Can someone please give me a detailed discription of how to replace the clutch on a 954rr or at least point me in a good direction. When I asked around, all i got was "its mad easy" but that doesnt help much. Do you need to torque wrench everything to spec or you dont need to?

Yes, you need to torque the springs to spec, and i would recomend torquing the cover properly also. If you need more help then the manual speak up here, i will be around a bit yet tonite and tom morning. I just did mine a few weeks ago and can type up a rough how to.
